Brisbane fashion designers Chelsea de Luca, Jamie Fame, Saralli Designs, Subfusco, tom gunn, Vein Wear and Wrism have all been nominated in the 2threads 2010 Fashion Awards.

The aim of the annual awards is to showcase the Australian fashion industry and the great success the designers continue to achieve. We are so proud to see so many Brisbane designers nominated! The Fleet Store is a unique pop-up store soon to open at Wintergarden at the Queen Street Mall. A collaboration between QUT Creative Enterprise Australia, QUT Fashion and Wintergarden, the store will showcase Brisbane designers such as George Wu, Subfusco, Francis Leon, Pendragon, Jane Peacock and tom gunn, as well as QUT fashion students both past and present.

Open from 1 August until 30 October, this is your chance to purchase some innovative fashion from some of Brisbane’s best emerging designers. We can’t wait!

MBFF showcases ‘Follow the Fashion’ Entrants

Follow the Fashion was a great way for local fashion designers to showcase their designs, and many of them took the next step and featured their pieces in MBFF last week.
